    Hello, we have not moved over to the Cloud yet, The UAT is still being hosted in Australia. I will open up a ticket with the team and see if I can get you a work flow for going forward with the Cloud. Thanks!

    for the spoofing concern, the team has a few questions:

    can you provide evidence of spoofing and confirm the which IP addresses the emails are coming from so this can be investigated further? If we could see some sample headers on the emails as well, it would also be useful for us to understand what is happening

    Our IT team looked a little more in depth regarding the spoofing and it's coming from End User and NOT from OneCall, likely from end users computer with a virus.  Thank-you
