Is it possible to have the ticket "Remarks" field also include the previous ticket number along with the previous job number? For a field locator, all jobs are referenced by a ticket number and it would likely be easier for any party looking at the ticket details if the previous ticket number was also given.
Case scenario: an excavator calls in to inquire about a locate, and over the phone says "it is a continuation job from 21724" ... the person taking the call would not know the previous ticket number for easy lookup.
