Hi Herman - it has been brought to our attention that City of Burnaby is sending auto-responses to users placing requests in the test system. I'm not sure if that is intended, or is an oversight. FYI.

    Hey, this very was intentional.

We push BYDP TICKET: 20185100000 (BURNAB01) as is if they were live and it's hitting live data (wysiwyg).  With our live testing internal we have found two errors, a geofence disclaimer around SFU and a no utilities in the area does not send an email.

We process all tickets with automated software reading XML GML, 3 location validation (GML, Google GeoCoder, Internal GeoCoder), gather and assemble Record Drawing and Later Service Line in a PDF formate and email out package of information.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to 604-294-7096

Perfect! We just wanted to check to make sure that test tickets weren't getting mixed into your live environment. (They share ticket numbers)

As for errors - I'll look into the SFU issue

The "NO UTILITIES" email not being sent is a known bug and is being worked on.

    Thanks.

It's all coming in to the same email address and I'm filtering based on email subject line

    regular expression ^BYDP TICKET

"SFU Disclaimer" is our custom Burnaby message for any requestor working in or around SFU, contact them directly as we have intermingling infrastructure with different responsibilities and maintenance periods.

"No Utilities" is our custom Burnaby message for our requestors, noting your AOI maybe small and no utilities where found in or crossing your AOI.
