    The software change only affects the information being sent to the utility owners and how the information is recorded in the system. If individual utilities currently send an email response, it is likely that they will continue to do so.

    A new feature of the system, known as Positive Response, will allow excavators to log in to the system to view all member responses to their individual tickets as well.
