    we need to change the help bubble to state "3 full working days" as that's what we will be going to, so it should default to the 15th actually. I am not sure whether we have any holidays programmed into the test site. I will follow up with the team

    Hi Regan,

    The Help Bubbles have not been updated with the BYDP information yet (generic info), and we are aware of the date issue for notice - which will be fixed prior to launch. For a ticket placed before 4:30 pm today, the notice period dates would be Nov.9,13, and 14. Meaning the first available date for work to begin would be November.15.  For a project ticket, it would be November 19.
