In regards to the email sent by Sher addressing Correction vs Update field list.
In the situation where a correction occurs, the old ticket is sent as a "Cancel" and a new ticket is issued, will the new ticket have the ticket status of correction? Will the old ticket number be provided in the new ticket? In our case to process a correction it is based on a previously received ticket, therefore a new ticket with the ticket status field set to correction will need special attention.
