    How do I know who has been out? What if not all services have been marked by the start date? Who do we contact?

    Hello Angela,

    The utilities or their contract locators will contact you individually regarding markings or clearances. In some cases, a contract locator may mark for multiple members and this should be noted in any correspondence you receive from them.

    If you have not received clearances by your start date, you can initiate a Positive Response process as noted in this article: https://beforeyoudigpartners.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026427911-PositiveResponse-No-Response-

    This will allow you to notify any outstanding parties that your request is still ongoing and requires their attention.
