Once you have submitted all the ticket details and marked out the location on the map, you will be able to click the green Submit button at the bottom of the Location screen to submit the ticket:
You may be prompted to complete a reCAPTCHA challenge to verify you’re “Not a robot” – click here if you need assistance with this.
The next page is a Summary of the processed ticket:
This displays:
- The BYDP Ticket Number
- The ticket details
- The contacted facility owners and status.
There are also options to:
Continue your Project by clicking "Continue Ticket", or Print the ticket by clicking "Print View". Additionally, you can open the Positive Response module by clicking "Positive Response".
To exit the Summary page, click the Home button at the top right of the screen:
Once the ticket is processed, a confirmation email will also be sent to you, containing a copy of your ticket receipt:
Once a ticket for a locate request has successfully processed through the system, the identified utilities on the ticket are notified. Utilities are then required to respond to you with information about the underground facilities they own and operate.
