If you are already registered with Before You Dig Partners but have forgotten your password, this can be reset by clicking the “Forgot Password” link underneath the login fields:
The Reset Password pop-up will appear. Simply type in your username and then click Reset Password:
Your account will be reset with a randomized password and the details will be emailed to you.
If you are unsure of your username, often it is your email address. If this does not work, or if your email address has changed, please contact our support team at email@example.com so an operator can securely retrieve your login details.
Once you have logged in, we recommend changing the password to something else by going to your Account settings. The password must include both numbers and letters and be at least 6 characters long. Click here for more information on editing your Account details.
