Please download the sample transmission type that matches your internal process and use it to prepare your system for the changes.
These ticket formats will go into effect November 30, 2018
Reminder: All members are encouraged to sign up for ticket testing. By signing up, you will be able to receive test tickets from the One Call into your system prior to the changes going live.
