Western Canada’s One-call partners are seizing the continued migration from Call to Click Before You Dig and optimizing the efficiency of electronic locate requests. Over 85% of locate requests in Western Canada originate online and the PelicanCorp software will simplify the damage prevention process, reduce software, operational and variable costs and enhance process efficiency. The new software will enable users to request locates with greater ease and increase the ability for One-call Centres to auto-process locate requests; notifying our members or proposed ground disturbances faster than ever before.
