It is not mandatory for all utilities to register with the BYDP service so we can only notify BYDP utility members. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to identify and contact all utilities within your work area. Additionally, any privately owned utilities will not be identified. This includes water and sewer lines on private property, and any privately installed secondary lines.
